The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation provides financial contributions to co-fund the costs incurred by applicants for teaching staff required to cover Italian language lectureships. In particular, these contributions are intended to partially cover the remuneration of lecturers directly employed by universities under local contracts.<\/p>\n

\nApplicants must be higher education institutions operating on a permanent basis in the country where the application is submitted. As a general rule, applications cannot be considered from universities where permanent MAECI lecturers seconded from Italy are already in post.<\/p>\n
\nApplicants operating in England and Wales may submit their request for funding to the Italian Cultural Institute in London.<\/p>\n\n
