This concert will also allow the audience to appreciate how these personalities - who are so important in the history of Italian music - and those of the following generations - like Ottorino Respighi - tried to merge the diverse traditions developed in Italy in the modern era, and the features characterising the vision of Romantic music, as it was conceived especially in the German world during the first half of the nineteenth century.
