World Week of Italian Cuisine: Respecting the planet by eating healthily

On the occasion of the World Week of Italian Cuisine a conference organised by the Academy of Italian Cuisine, London Delegation with the patronage of the Italian Embassy in London.
The event will be held in Italian with simultaneous translation into English.

Dr Cecilia Bartolucci, Researcher and Coordinator of the initiative ”Science and Technology Foresight Project” for the Italian National Research Council (CNR)
Simonetta Agnello Hornby, Lawyer, renowned writer and member of the Study Centre “Franco Marenghi” of the Academy of Italian Cuisine.
