Martin Angioni, a former Amazon top manager, digs into this multinational's most inner secret


Martin Angioni has been Country Manager for Amazon Italia for 4 years, taking the Company from the launch of the website to an annual turnover of one billion Euro. Previously, he has worked in publishing (he was CEO of Electa) and in finance (Vice President JP Morgan New York/London and analyst at Bankgesellschaft Berlin). He loves cycling and has written the book Le 98 ragioni per cui vado in bicicletta ("98 Reasons Why I Cycle") (UTET 2018). He lives in Milan.

Tommaso Valletti is Professor of Economics at Imperial College London, and also Professor of Economics at the University of Rome. He is currently the Head of the Department of Economics & Public Policy at Imperial College Business School. He is a Non-Executive Director to the board of the Financial Conduct Authority. He also has a flute diploma from Turin Conservatory.
He has published in the fields of industrial economics, regulation, and competition economics

Luigi Maio, the Musicattore®, is a versatile actor, composer, singer, director and set designer. He has worked for important international theaters and festivals, including La Scala in Milan, the Carlo Felice in his native Genoa, the Pergola in Florence, Palazzo Quirinale in Rome, Petruzzelli in Bari, Martha Argerich Festival in Hamburg, Centre des Arts in Geneva and many more. He has worked extensively on making theatre and opera accessible to the youngest, and he is now a UNICEF testimonial. He has won several prestigious awards including the Theater Critics Award and the Award Ettore Petrolini. He is also the Italian representative of the Foundation Igor Stravinsky.
