7th Annual Week of Italian Cuisine in the World

Showcasing Italy and the Italian taste in the world, the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World is a yearly initiative developed to promote Italian culinary traditions and food-and-wine connoisseurship as a distinctive trait of Italian identity and culture.
The theme for the 7th edition is Conviviality, Sustainability and Innovation: The Ingredients of Italian Cuisine for the Health of Individuals and the Protection of the Planet.

We celebrate it with two events and a crash course in Regional Italian Cuisine:

17 November Sustainable food chains: Thoughts on the future of our food and planet
A round table organised by the the Accademia Italiana della Cucina, London Delegation, on the occasion of the 7th edition of the Settimana della Cucina Italiana nel mondo – 7th annual Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World (14-20 November 2022). 24 November A screening of Antonio Carluccio’s culinary adventures in Australia
a screening of two episodes from Antonio Carluccio’s Six Seasons, produced and directed by Carmelo Musca, and a conversation with Sabine Stevenson, founding trustee of the Antonio Carluccio Foundation, and Annabel Valentine, archivist at Oxford Brookes University.

From 14 November
Every Monday, for four weeks, we share five new videos from “A Bite of Italy”, a crash course in regional Italian cuisine, made by the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
