We can’t wait to welcome you to our new venue for an exciting programme of events and activities.
To ensure a smooth entry for everyone, please remember:
• Book your ticket via Billetto using your full name exactly matching the the one shown on your valid ID (passport, driving licence or national ID card).
• Check that the name on your Billetto booking matches your ID. You will be asked to show this on arrival.
• If you are booking for a guest, please enter their full name exactly as shown on their valid ID (passport driving licence or national ID card).
• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the event starts. Most events begin at 6.30 pm, but always check your Billetto ticket for confirmation.
• Entrance after the starting time of any event will not be allowed.
• Bring your valid passport, driving licence or national ID card for the security checks at the entrance to Italy House, and remind your guest to do the same.
