ICI London and SIAL – Scuola Italiana a Londra are delighted to invite you to our first ever Teen Agers Book Club series!
Ernestina Meloni, Board Member of SIAL and experienced teacher of Italian for secondary school students, in conversation with author and translator Alberto Cristofori, will guide young readers through two masterpieces of Italian literature: I Promessi Sposi, the historical novel by Alessandro Manzoni, for the younger age group, at 2pm; and La Divina Commedia, the immortal epic poem by Dante Alighieri, for the older age group, at 4pm.
Participants will be able to join the conversation online via chat and questions will be answered in real time.
