Each screening will be introduced by esteemed film critic Rita Di Santo, followed by a Q&A session with the director, exploring the issues and perspectives they offer.

Louise Nero. Born in Turin in 1976, Louis Nero is an Italian director, screenwriter, and producer known for atmospheric films that explore mystery and philosophy. He has directed over 10 films and worked with distinguished actors such as Faye Dunaway, Kevin Spacey, Harvey Keitel, and Isabelle Allen. Nero’s films are noted for their distinctive visual style and thematic depth, combining drama, mystery, and philosophy.
Rita Di Santo is a film critic, programmer, broadcaster, and a former editor of 35mm. She lives in London writing regularly for national newspapers and magazines: The Daily Mirror, Tribune, Morning Star, Culture Matters. She is Vice President of FIPRESCI (The International Federation of Film Critics) and a member of the UK Critics’ Circle. She has juried some of the most venerated film festivals, including Toronto, Venice, Berlin, and Cannes – three times!
