SCIM 2023 – La bella cucina with Giorgio Locatelli

On the occasion of the Settimana della Cucina Italiana nel Mondo (SCIM) – Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World, this event is organised by ICI London in collaboration with ITA – Italian Trade Agency. What can you find in the pantry of a Michelin-starred chef? What memories and emotions are unlocked by the magical ingredients it contains? In this special event Giorgio Locatelli will share stories from his fascinating career and discuss how Italian food has changed over the years. Locatelli is one of UK’s most-respected chefs and a great promoter of Italian cuisine and culture.
