The Ministry of Culture, through the Directorate-General for Libraries and Copyright, announces the opening of applications for the National Translation Awards 2024 to celebrate the importance of translation in the dissemination of Italian culture worldwide and foreign culture in our country.
Each year, these awards are bestowed upon translators and publishers, both Italian and foreign, who have made significant contributions to the promotion of culture through translation and publishing.
In total, eight awards will be granted, including four main awards and four special awards, to recognize the cultural and professional value of activities in the fields of translation and publishing.

- Deadline for submissions: April 12 – 12:00 PM (local time)
- Submission of clarification requests: by April 10 – 12:00 PM (local time)
