The Embassy of Italy in London is conducting the procurement using the open procedure pursuant to article 27 of Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on public procurement in accordance with the general principles of Legislative Decree dated 31 March 2023 no. 36/2023 (Italian Public Contract Code) and Ministerial Decree dated 2 November 2017 no.192/2017, for the purpose of procuring the concession of the services related to the Organisation and management of Italian language and culture courses at the Italian Cultural Institute in London for the two-year period 2024 – 2026.
The award will be made on the basis of the most economically advantageous offer.
