Il mondo a scatti (The World in Shots) is a film by Cecilia Mangini, a 90-year-old photographer, documentary film director, and screenwriter, and Paolo Pisanelli, photographer, director, and curator, in conversation over things that are visible and invisible to our eyes.

Cecilia relied on analogue technology, developing and printing her own films. Suddenly, she decides to adventure into the digital world. The film shows us the magical power of images, from the first cave drawings to contemporary photography, highlighting the enchanting potential of cinema.
