London presentation of the anthology Giovane Poesia Italiana (Young Italian Poetry) by the Pordenone Legge Foundation.
Gian Maria Annovi, Alessandro Bellasio, Maria Borio, Clery Celeste, Azzurra D’Agostino, Bernardo De Luca, Laura Di Corcia, Tommaso Di Dio, Sebastiano Gatto, Alessandro Grippa, Naike Agata La Biunda, Maddalena Lotter, Daniele Mencarelli, Marco Pelliccioli, Eleonora Rimolo, Greta Rosso, Giulia Rusconi, Francesca Serragnoli, Giulio Viano, and Kabir Yusuf Abukar are the twenty poets under 35 featured in the anthology. They come from a variety of geographical and poetic backgrounds and have different intonations, with poetry as their common denominator for recounting their experience of the world.
The book, edited by Roberto Cescon, has been translated into four languages by Francesca Benocci (English), Michele Bevilacqua (French), Marianne Schneider (German) and Antonio Nazzaro (Spanish).
The virtual tour to present the anthology will culminate with the event at ICI London, when poets Gian Maria Annovi, Maddalena Lotter, Marco Pelliccioli and Eleonora Rimolo will present their verses.
