LICAF returns to Bowness-on-Windermere (Lake District) for a weekend of events including live draws, interviews, presentations, workshops, book launches, Little LICAF activities, a Comics Marketplace, and the chanche to get up close to the best comic creators in the world!

– Gigi Cavenago, known among other things for his work for Dylan Dog, the best-selling and highly acclaimed horror comic book created by Tiziano Sclavi in 1986. “The Art of Gigi Cavenago”, a conversation between the artist and Alex Fitch, will take place at LICAF on Saturday 30 September at 4m. – Massimo Fenati, the London-based Italian artist currently adapting a number of Quentin Blake’s for an anthology series for the BBC, who will take part to “Four International Artists You Need to Know”: he will talk about his work, his style and obsessions in a conversation (plus live draw) with fellow artists Alice VDM (Belgium), Mari Ahokoivu (Finland) and Annabelle Gormand (Belgium) hosted by Paul Gravett, On Sunday 1 October at 10.15am.
