26 July 2014, Cesena (Italy). 1000 musician from all over Italy gather to play Learn to Fly, by the Foo Fighters, hoping to convince Dave Grohl to hold a concert in the small city of Cesena, northern Italy. The video of the event reaches 45 million views on YouTube and the 1000 Rocking’s dream comes true: the Foo Fighters decide to come and play live in Cesena!
This is how the Rockin’ 1000 came to be. The largest rock band on the planet keep playing music together with ever growing numbers of musicians and fans from all over the world.
The documentary tells a story that changed the lives of thousands of people with one passion: rock’n’roll.
