Il Libro Possibile – 25th Edition
Il Libro Possibile turns 25 in London with international writers Geoff Dyer, Ali Smith, Burhan Sönmez and Italian bestselling authors Daria Bignardi, Elsa Fornero, Paolo Taticchi, Mario Tozzi plus a special event with football legend Gianfranco Zola, veteran sports executive Giorgio Perinetti and eating disorders expert Chiara Celentano talking about the care and awareness of eating disorders – a moment of reflection and responsibility that returns literature to its most profound calling: giving voice to the wounds of our time and turning pain into commitment. Introduced and moderated by ICI London Director Francesco Bongarrà, and Il Libro Possibile Artistic Director Rosella Santoro.
On 11 and 12 March, the Puglia-born literary Festival, under the artistic direction of Rosella Santoro, will bring to the London Book Fair (during the day) and ICI London (in the evening) a packed programme of talks and events on books, rights, the economy, the environment and civil literature with some of the most authoritative voices on the Italian and international scene, before continuing and concluding in July in Puglia, in the historic venues of Polignano a Mare and Vieste, where the festival was born on the initiative of the Associazione Culturale Artes, chaired by Gianluca Loliva, 25 years ago.
